"GOTEK" passed the Northwest to 1C: Accounting 3.0

The producer of packaging trusts support of "1C: Accounting 3.0" to the St. Petersburg branch of 1C-Rarus company.

The GOTEK group of companies is producer of modern packaging and packing materials. On product assortment is an undisputed leader in the domestic market. Production volume of group exceeds an average value in the industry.

In 2011 the enterprise needed regular support of the implemented 1C: Accounting 2.0 software product. Then GOTEK company, having studied proposals of partners of 1C in St. Petersburg, stopped the choice on 1C-Rarus branch.

The specifics of accounting at the GOTEK enterprise required creation of a large number of non-standard reports with a different set of parameters. The specifics of accounting dictated also need of creation of additional processings for the program. At last, the regular help when closing month under report was required for the enterprise - all reports and processings had to function harmoniously, without errors and quickly. During cooperation the software product was updated before edition 3.0. Upon transition specialists 1C-Rarus provided complete operability of a system, including functionality of all additional reports and processings which were rewritten and integrated into new edition. The discrepancies which arose upon transition were quickly solved, the Taxi interface was set. As a result employees "GOTEK the Northwest" received the modern system which is ideally configured under specifics of their business and accounting. Data loss when updating a system was completely excluded.

Due to the fast rate of development of production volumes and sales amount of data, processed by a system increased. In 2015 the enterprise had problems with high-speed performance of the software product. As the reliable partner the St. Petersburg office "1C-Rarus" acted again, having advised to purchase the server license. As a result the issue of high-speed performance of a system was completely resolved in two weeks. The result of internal monitoring of time expenditure for work with a system showed increase in productivity on average by 6 times.
