In August, 2016 ALP Group announced contract signature on IT service of large network of shoe shops of production and trade holding ZENDEN. ALP Group is responsible for creation and upgrade of IT infrastructure in the new and existing shops of network and also for reduction to standards of ZENDEN of the outlets received at merger of other retail chain stores. Works need to be carried out more than in 100 shops in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Yeysk, Kirov, Kursk, Nizhnekamsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Smolensk, Sochi, Tver, Tula, Tyumen and other cities of the Russian Federation. This project has paramount value for implementation of plans of geographical expansion of the customer.

ALP Group is responsible for creation and development of IT infrastructure in the new and upgraded shops and also for migration on this infrastructure of outlets of the purchased retail chain stores. How this work is performed, new IT infrastructure how reliably functions and the efficiency of all program of geographical expansion substantially depends on the accuracy of its compliance to standards of ZENDEN. Due to information technologies the customer gains important competitive advantage — operational, flexible and comprehensive management of separate shops and also regional segments of retail chain stores and network in general.

At the same time both upgrade of own shops, and transfer of a server landscape of shop of other brand for IT infrastructure of ZENDEN should be observed in extremely short time. For example, in a certain region the customer announces opening of new shop in one or two days, one-two more days are allotted on execution of works.

During this time, as a rule, it is required to replace the PC and servers with new, to install routers, switches and other network equipment in server cabinets, to remove old wires, to install switching sockets and so forth. In the purchased outlets it is necessary to redo access to the remained equipment, to recustomize the PC and servers according to standards of the new company and also to switch to other providers the Internet and telephony.

To fit into this framework, ALP Group applied technology of project management. Its main elements are: objective control using microaudits of initial and final statuses of IT infrastructure and also nodal to a point of each stage; a support on the partner network of ALP Group configured for work with retail (special implementation of IT processes, the prepared detailed regulations and sheets of check helping the partner to estimate readiness of shop for opening and to carry out all necessary works, management of an exchange collection, etc.). Let's note what and the equipment ALP Group controls all software configuration remotely, in particular, the photoreports allowing specialists of ALP Group to estimate widely are used that partners made correctly and where completions are required. The final photoreport is provided to the client at the end of each stage. For the maximum efficiency all communications on the project with partners and the customer happen online, generally using the protected messengers.

In March, 2016 the pilot project of opening/transfers of five shops in Moscow, Moscow area and Tula began
