2018: System implementation of an electronic queue in all departments of the capital
On June 22, 2018 the Russian Post announced that, in all post offices of the capital having more than three windows for customer service the management system for queue is implemented. Average waiting time in departments of a mail service of Moscow was reduced to 5 minutes.
For June 22, 2018 447 departments of a mail service of the capital are equipped with an electronic queue. Installation of a management system for queue began in Moscow a little more than a year ago. In a priority order "electronic queue" equipped departments with the greatest client flow and the having more than three windows of service.
This system reduces holding time of visitors and gives an opportunity of objective control of results of work of each operator and department in general. In a number of post offices where electronic queues were implemented, the average time of service of the visitor does not exceed 3.5 minutes, and the average time of waiting is 5 minutes.
Management systems for queue are also installed in post offices of Moscow area. A system equips 37 departments of a mail service in the Moscow region.
Besides, in Moscow and the Moscow region the IT service "Issue of departures using the simple electronic signature" actively develops. Service is provided free of charge on the basis of the registration form filled in post office. Passport data and mobile phone number of the client are specified in it. By transfer of the statement to the operator to the consumer it is necessary to show the passport for confirmation of the personality.
After single execution of this document the client should not fill out paper notifications any more. Now when receiving sending the client needs to call to the operator the phone number or tracking the parcel number. And to it the Sms with a confirmation code which the receiver will need to call to the operator of post office for receiving departure will come.
It is possible to register the electronic signature in any post office of Moscow and Moscow areas. Registration takes only several minutes, but allows to reduce terms of issue of mail by 5 times and to refuse need of filling of paper notifications. At the same time neither the weight, nor the amount of the received sending matters.
In post offices administrators who quickly issue mailings work with the greatest client flow in client halls.
2016: Auction results on leasing of HSC for management systems for queues
On September 6, 2016 Russian Post summed up the auction results on leasing of the hardware-software complexes (HSC) for management systems for queues[1]. Totally initial cost of all seven lots was 713.7 million rubles. According to the results of an auction it was reduced by 1.2% to 705 million rubles.
2 companies - Tekhtransleasing and Unicredit Leasing participated in an auction. The first won four lots for the total amount of 387.5 million rubles, the second - in three - for 317.5 million rubles. Thus, Tekhtransleasing will have to deliver to mail operator 834 of HSC for management systems for queues, Unicredit Leasing - 666 complexes of the similar equipment.

Let's remind that all the mail operator is going to receive 1.5 thousand sets of the equipment. The term of leasing is 36 months from date of acceptance of property.
The hardware-software complex includes the main engineering devices and components as a part of the corresponding sets: service of the central administration, local servers, registrars, a board of operators, the central information displays, the systems of the sound notification and also the automated jobs united in the uniform centralized control system.
The sets deliverable at departments of a mail service are not identical. Components of each set are defined in technical requirements to each lot.
Implementation of complexes will be performed in departments of a mail service in all federal districts of the country. In total the project will mention 1.5 thousand RPE, including branches of Mail in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Using management systems for queues Russian Post expects to raise customer satisfaction, to increase profitability of departments thanks to decrease in average time of service and also to increase efficiency through load distribution between specialists during the peak periods, follows from documentation to purchase.
