NCR Authentic

Authentic is the intellectual platform for transaction processing created for the enterprises in payment business.

On August 4, 2016 the NCR Corporation company announced start of the upgraded software version for Authentic transaction processing. The software conforms to the PA-DSS 3.1 standard.

Authentic is stated as a control facility of the payment environment, reliability has the developed functionality, it is scaled for different payment channels.

The transaction management mechanism due to parallel routing of external services is presented in the current version of Authentic. This solution, along with functions sozdaniz interfaces of web services, presented in the previous versions of the platform, offers API for a number of banking services and processing of multichannel transactions.

The system of security of the Authentic platform has protection and enciphering of different types of the entering and outbound connections about Authentic, PGP enciphering of the imported and exported data, a possibility of use of the TLS 1.2 protocol if necessary. Authentic supports the modules HSM SafeNet and the Thales and Atalla models.

In the version of the platform the functionality of work with cards is expanded: by means of Authentic accomplishment of tasks of account management (change of the status of the account, control of the lost/stolen cards, blocking of the card or account termination) becomes simpler. The platform helps to improve processing of requests for card issue by means of function of the analysis of the imported packet data about cards and also to accelerate a production process of cards at the expense of the simplified data processing mechanism.

The Authentic platform from the very beginning combined a broad spectrum of technological capabilities and usability. Its new version provides still big flexibility in management of transactions. The platform can be used as a payment gateway, for support of retail payment services, the multichannel systems, ATMs and devices in points of sale. The platform is suitable for work as with the small lock systems, and global networks, provides standard services with cards, supports Internet banking and electronic trading. In addition, Authentic has functions of authorization of the issuer and alternative authorization.
