Attracted Linzasiti to support of IT infrastructure of the third-party contractor

On August 4, 2016 the company "1C-Rarus" announced the project of support of systems "1C" in internet- shop Linzasiti.

Project Tasks

For support of work of shop the IT system on the platform of 1C helping to manage the customer base, to keep account of financial activities, to conduct operating control is used. At the heart of a system three programs:

• "1C: Accounting 2.0",
• "1C: Trade management 10.3",
• "1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5".

In 2011 the Aysi company addressed to 1C-Rarus behind assistance in support of software products of 1C.

Project Progress

Within five years specialists 1C-Rarus performed works:

• the processings for the 1C: Trade Management program allowing to adjust properly a commodity remaining balance (more than 12 thousand positions, about 90 thousand characteristics) are created
• a number of reports taking into account specifics of activity and geography of sales of shop is finished.
• categories of access rights are developed, than safety of the customer base and data is ensured.
• several printed forms are finished.

Transmission quality in the system of information on orders from the website and the speed of postprocessing of data is important for the customer. It is necessary to conduct segmentation of the clients who made the order for further work with them.

For improvement of service the management made the decision on integration into the 1C: Trade Management program of a subsystem 1C: Bitrix. Work specialists carried out 1C-Rarus - they configured and automated data exchange between the program and the website. For August 4, 2016 information on orders from 28 thousand clients is available to managers, as in the program, and a system 1C: Bitrix. Data on orders are included in the program at once. It saves managers from the extra work connected with data transfer.

In the conditions of growth of amount of data there was a question of improvement of high-speed performance of a system. Acquisition of the server license providing interaction of the client and the server, safety of large volume of data, process of setup and adaptation of the program became the solution.

Project Results

For August 4, 2016 consultants 1C-Rarus give to 40 users a system continued support, helping to configure reports, to calculate the salary, to finish and improve a system.

Both programmers, and the line of consultations, and analytics – everything are very competent, work quickly, at once understand what we want and by what methods it is possible to fulfill our requirements, to implement new wishes to a system. In five years of cooperation neither I, nor at the staff of the company had no questions or claims to work.
