Navicon implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Infinitum group

The Navicon system integrator completed to summer of 2016 the first stage of the project on implementation of the CRM system in Infinitum group. The information system is used by the staff of department of customer acquisition for work with the companies in the field of the investment management.

The management of Infinitum group set for the system integrator the task of creation of the uniform consolidated database with customer information. For implementation of a pilot project the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform which implementation in one of departments of INFINITUM Group the staff of Navicon carried out to a short time — in three months was selected. By means of an integration bus of Biztalk interaction of a CRM system with the storage of the normative reference information which is used at the customer also implemented by specialists of Navicon is configured. The new information system allows department of customer acquisition of Infinitum Group to obtain complete and up-to-date data about the history of interaction with the potential and acting clients.
