At schools of Tatarstan free implementation of "MyOffice" begins

At public schools of Tatarstan during 2016 the pilot project of implementation of "MyOffice Standard" for workstations will be carried out, TAdviser in August the developer of this product – New cloud technologies reported.

Schools at which it will be set to "MyOffice", will define the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication. During the pilot methodical recommendations for use of the products "MyOffice" in educational process taking into account features of the software will be developed. New cloud technologies calculate that these recommendations will give to teachers an opportunity of fast and effective transition to use of domestic software.

Results of a pilot project will be used not only at schools of the republic, but also at implementation of "MyOffice" in educational institutions of other regions of Russia, developers note. The first results are going to be received until the end of 2016.

Tatarstan is the first pilot region of the Russian Federation on development and implementation of complex projects of transition to the domestic office software according to the government decree.

Within a pilot project New cloud technologies deliver products on a free basis, told TAdviser in the company. The further scheme of work with schools in study, at the same time in New cloud technologies note: the company always said that for schools as end users, "MyOffice" in the future will be free.

At present we develop special conditions for further deliveries of all product line of MyOffice for education, - told TAdviser in New cloud technologies.

Tatarstan is the first pilot region of the Russian Federation on development and implementation of complex projects of transition to domestic office software according to order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 of November 16, 2015.

Transition to the domestic software is the serious IT project requiring attention to all parts, especially in the field of education. The pilot project in Tatarstan will allow us to prepare schools for use of the Russian developments, and will give to pupils practical skills for further work in state bodies and the companies where implementation of the domestic software goes the advancing rates according to the road map of the federal government", - the minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov commented.

On June 22, 2016 the agreement between New cloud technologies and the government of the Republic of Tatarstan on participation of the parties in the project of transition of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Russian office software included in the Register of domestic software was signed.
