Biography

Vasily Golub graduated from the Volga State Academy of Water Transport with a degree in Economist-Manager.

He began his career at MTS in 2005.

Since 2009, he took the post of head of marketing projects at the Corporate Center in Moscow, after which in 2011 he was appointed head of the marketing department in the Volga region.

In 2014, Vasily moved to the post of commercial director of the combined branch in Ulyanovsk, Penza and Mordovia, where he worked until August 2016.

On August 17, 2016, MTS PJSC announced the appointment of Vasily Golub, marketing director of the MTS branch in St. Petersburg. The responsibility of Vasily Golub included the general management of MTS marketing activities in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region - adaptation of the federal marketing strategy and control over its implementation, the formation and development of products and their promotion.

2021: Director of MTS Branch in Voronezh Region

On May 20, 2021, it became known that MTS PJSC appointed Vasily Golub as director of the MTS branch in the Voronezh region.

Vasily Golub manages the MTS branch in the Voronezh region and continued the company's course to implement joint digital projects with the administration aimed, including the development of tourism potential and the economy of the region. Among the priorities are also interaction with large enterprises of the region and the implementation of large-scale projects based on innovative services in various sectors - industry, transport, agriculture and the public sector. Special attention is planned to be paid to projects to improve the quality of communication in the region, especially in remote and sparsely populated areas.

Vasily Golub was replaced by Andrei Peragov, director of the MTS branch in the Voronezh region, who continued his career at the company's Corporate Center as director of regional management of MTS^[1].
