Social link is service of formation of a cut of the structured thematic data collected from social networks on candidates for positions in the companies. Service is focused on employers.

On August 9, 2016 the Superjob company announced development of Social link service by means of which employers can receive a cut of the structured thematic data collected from social networks on candidates for a vacancy.

The recruiting Superjob.ru portal provided a prototype of service of automatic generation of the versatile information collected from social networks for the employers publishing information on vacancies[1].

The analytics of service does not extend to assessment of semantic maintenance of the posts, comments and photos placed in this or that social network, developers stated. The product structures basic data (prior workplaces, membership in interest groups, social communications and so forth), facilitating their analysis.

There are no forecasts about product yield terms for the market. The company intends to study opinion of customers on a prototype. There is no determination also - Social link will be separate paid service or is free of charge integrated into basic commercial service of the portal.

Using Superjob.ru service employers will be able to generate a cut of data on the candidate from social networks.

Social networks allow to extend quickly about the person information which will put our subjective thoughts about it in order, will tell what is with it not so. We know that recruiters already create system approaches of use of information of social networks. Already there is a list of positions when hiring for which the appeal to social networks becomes literally a hygienic factor. Also it is possible to select types of content which have a greater or smaller influence on the decision on the candidate.

8/23/2015 of Superjob.ru opened access to Social Link service for employers. Service allows to complement in one click the curriculum vitae of the candidate with open information from his social networks. Social Link is created based on technology of Double Data company – solution provider on the basis of information from social networks and other public data sources.

"It is no secret that volumes of open information on people and the companies grow in the Internet at huge rates. These data already use banks, insurance companies, a telecom, retail, e-commerce and many others for solving of tasks of personalisation of offers, segmentation of audience, personnel recruitment, risks assessment and identification of fraud. Double Data creates tools – which automate the solution of these tasks. Partnership with Superjob.ru allowed us to adapt and start the solution Social Link for employers in the shortest possible time and to provide it at once for all Russian HR community" - Ginzhuk Maxim, the CEO of Double Data adds.
It is simple to use Social Link - it is the special button in the curriculum vitae of the candidate, having clicked which the employer will be able to see on one page summarized information on the candidate from his social networks: photos, circle of contacts, hobbies and interests. Service for fractions of a second finds profiles in social networks for more than 70% of candidates with an accuracy more than 99.8%. At the same time only open information from networks Facebook Twitter Instagram, "VKontakte", "Odnoklassniki" and "Moymir" is processed and information closed by confidentiality settings is not used.
According to the research center Superjob.ru, already a third of the Russian employers uses social networks as the instrument of verification of information about candidates, another 17% use social networks only in personnel recruitment. For 4 years of the recruiters using social networks for check it became nearly 1.5 times more: 23% — in 2012 and 33% — today. 21% of the companies check in social networks of managers of the top management. Sales specialists (managers, superveyzer, sellers, cashiers) will not manage to avoid similar check in 16% of the organizations. The office personnel is checked on social networks 8% of employers, the client managers and specialists connected with a financial responsibility — on 5%. For secretaries and chiefs of departments similar check is admitted to 3% of the companies. Other positions were called by 23% of respondents (among them there are PR-managers, SEO optimizers, marketing specialists, operators of call centers and 1C, bank operators).
