On October 12, 2017 the BARS GROUP company announced project completion of creation of an analytical system on the SEZ PPT "Alabuga".
Using the implemented analytical Atlas system became possible to perform forecasting of key indicators, data processing on transfer of energy resources, visualization of indicators of activity in a schedule type and OLAP representations, storage of archive information.
Each of 13 sections of a system contains from 5 to 8 analytical OLAP representations, to 10 analytical panels with graphical representation given, 5-8 procedural account, 3-5 reference books. Information is taken from all already available information systems installed in the special economic zone.
Alpha BI is the software platform of BARS GROUP intended for creation of business applications and independent use as the analytical tool. A system helps to analyze information, providing operational acceptance of the management decisions based on reliable and the data approved among themselves.
2016
The BARS GROUP company signed in the summer of 2016 the contract with the SEZ PPT "Alabuga" for execution of works on development, implementation and maintenance of the automated analytical system. In its basis – a software platform of a business intelligence of Alpha BI.
The project pursues the aim of creation of a single system of data processing on activity indicators, quality improvement of information for the analysis, the reporting and forecast models, the automated reporting on indicators of activity of the SEZ.
An analytical system is directed to decrease in labor input on collecting, processing, data analysis from SEZ objects. Among the analyzed indicators - data on residents of the SEZ (plan fact), on resource consumption (water, gas, electricity) and infrastructure facilities given on the stormwater drainage system and a drainage about railway traffic and about infrastructure facilities, information on the occupied and free spaces of the SEZ and residents and also financial performance of efficiency of activity of the SEZ.
Using mobile application top management will be able to gain an evident impression about the state of affairs in the company, irrespective of the location.
Information will be taken from all already available information systems installed in the SEZ and to be presented in a schedule type, skeleton maps, tables and charts.
