2024: Vadim Yakunin's purchase of 70% of the cancer laboratory from Atlas Holding

At the end of June 2024, it became known that the Atlas biomedical holding sold a 71.5 percent stake in the Oncoatlas molecular oncology center. The buyer was Vadim Yakunin, the main owner of the Protek group of companies. Read more here.

2022: Japan Market Entry

In mid-February 2022, it became known about the creation by the Russian biomedical holding Atlas of a company in Japan to sell its genetic and microbiota tests there to study the bacterial composition of the intestinal environment. 2015: Atlas receives IBM grant

On November 30, 2015, the press service of the Atlas biomedical holding announced the victory in the competition for the most promising company in the field of biotechnology and medicine, organized by IBM as part of the Open Innovations forum.

The competition is organized as part of the IBM Global Entrepreneur program - it identifies the most innovative companies around the world.

According to the results of the competition, Atlas Holding received access to IBM's mentoring program, which includes the best experts around the world and a grant of $120 thousand for access to IBM Watson technologies.

Watson technologies will allow the Atlas medical holding, which is the only company in Russia operating at the intersection of practical medicine, bioinformatics and genetics, to personalize the services provided at all stages of the patient's life path from the moment of diagnosis to the moment of complete recovery and rehabilitation.

Such cooperation creates a technological advantage in the Russian market and provides an opportunity to integrate the knowledge of Atlas Holding into future IBM healthcare solutions.
