2025: Rigla bought the Аптека25.рф chain

In mid-September 2025, Rigla, a member of Vadim Yakunin's Protek group, acquired the Аптека25.рф pharmacy chain, which owns 49 outlets in the Primorsky Territory. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, and market participants estimate it at 1.3-1.6 billion rubles.

Rigla became the owner of legal entities Avanti Pharma LLC, Pharma Life LLC and Аптека25.рф LLC, which manage the Аптека25.рф network. Previously, all three organizations belonged to the seaside entrepreneur Denis Belikov, who, after the sale of the asset, retained the position of general director in two of these structures. In addition, as the Vedomosti newspaper notes, Belikov owns a stake in the Vladivostok clinic St. Mary and the local DogHouse pet store chain.

According to Rigla CEO Boris Popov, the company "in the foreseeable future" does not intend to rebrand the Аптека25.рф points - the name of the network will remain the same. In addition, it is planned to maintain the staffing of pharmacies. It is assumed that the deal will strengthen the company's position in the pharmacy market of the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District). Popov emphasizes that Rigla has increased its share in this region from 3.2% in 2023 to 24.2% in the first half of 2025.

Rigla is actively expanding its business through mergers and acquisitions, as well as through the opening of new pharmacies throughout Russia. In particular, at the end of 2024, the company became the owner of 293 points of the combined network "Pharmacy Minnitsen" and "New Pharmacy," which worked in almost all regions of the Far Eastern Federal District. In April 2025, Rigla bought the Samara pharmacy chain Aliya-Pharm (174 points), and a month later became the owner of the Kaliningrad pharmacy chain under the New Pharmacy brand (55 points). Popov also noted that since the beginning of 2025, the chain has opened more than 570 pharmacies throughout the country.^[1]
