2024: Sales growth of 40.9% to 321 billion rubles

The sales volume of the marketing union of independent professional pharmacies "ProPharmacy" in 2024 exceeded 321 billion rubles, by 40.9% exceeding the same indicator in 2023. Such information was shared with the Zdrav.Expert portal in early February 2025 by representatives of the Protek Central Office. At the same time, the turnover of participants under union contracts amounted to more than 138 billion rubles, an increase of 50.4% compared to 2023. At the end of 2024, the marketing union concluded 170 contracts with manufacturers and suppliers, which covered more than 11 thousand product items.

At the end of 2024, the ProApteka union included about 14.5 thousand pharmacies (+ 26% of the total by the end of 2023). The association presents pharmacies and pharmacy chains of all regions of the Russian Federation. The most significant part in terms of number and share in the trade turnover of ProPharmacy is the pharmaceutical retail of the Central, Volga, North-West and Siberian federal districts.

The assortment of high-margin goods in the ProPharmacy matrix exceeded 340 positions, sales of this category in 2024 increased by 33% by 2023.

The marketing union of independent professional pharmacies "ProApteka" is developing its own loyalty program for buyers - at the end of 2024 it had more than 1 million 160 thousand active participants.

"The final quarter of 2024 for ProPharmacy was marked by a serious increase in the number of new participants from pharmacies, and we regard this as a balanced decision of pharmacy owners to choose the most effective format of marketing cooperation among those on the market. One of the indicators of the high performance of our work, aimed primarily at increasing the profitability of customers' business, in our opinion, is the growth of trade in pharmacies under union contracts. At the end of the year, it grew by more than half compared to 2023. At the same time, the average premium per pharmacy increased by 30%, "said Olga Smirnova, General Director of the Marketing Union of Independent Professional Pharmacies ProApteka.

According to her, the participants of the deep integration project demonstrated a 16 percent increase in the average monthly turnover for each pharmacy LFL (sales like-for-like) - dynamics at the level of indicators of leading market players. In 2025, the project will continue to be strategic for the development of ProPharmacy.
