2023: Opening a clinic with a hospital for 2.8 billion rubles

In February 2023, the Atlas clinic network opened a new branch in Moscow. About 2.8 billion rubles were invested in this project.

2020: Protek bought Atlas for 110 million rubles

At the end of June 2020, it became known about the sale of the Atlas clinic to the Protek group, which includes the Rigla, Be Healthy and Zhivika pharmacy chains. The transaction cost amounted to 110 million rubles.

Protek bought a personalized medicine center located on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow through a subsidiary Kremenchugskaya-3 from Atlas Biomed Group. The assets of the entire Atlas Medical Center LLC, the clinic manager, are estimated at 163.3 million rubles

The owner of the Rigla and Be Healthy pharmacies bought the Atlas clinic for 110 million rubles

As the general director of the Atlas Medical Center Andrei Perfiliev told Vademecum, the former management team remains in the clinic, and the overall development strategy will remain the same.

As of June 30, 2020, there are 26 departments and 54 doctors in the Atlas clinic. Every year, more than 5 thousand patients visit the medical center.

According to Vademecum, Protek has been looking for projects in the medical business since 2019 for purchase after the company entered the authorized capital of Onega LLC, Onega-Med LLC and Kremenchugskaya 3 LLC with the profile "activities of hospital organizations." Since 2019, Onega has been developing an electronic service for the exchange and storage of medical information, the Health Management Center.

Thus, the company plans to diversify its business by entering new markets - in the field of medical services and real estate, - said Vadim Muzyaev, president of Protek Group of Companies, after those transactions.
