2024: Co-owner of the pharmaceutical distributor Godovalov will pay 500 million rubles to the Protek group in the case of debt collection
The Arbitration Court Moscow of the city on May 28, 2024 ruled to recover 500 million from the entrepreneur Nikolai Shavrin rubles in favor of the pharmaceutical distributor Protek. This amount is part of the debt formed in connection with the bankruptcy of Godovalov LLC, co-owned by Shavrin.
According to the court, the Protek Implementation Center company sought to issue a writ of execution to recover funds from Godovalov LLC, as well as its founders, Andrei Godovalov and Nikolai Shavrin. The court partially satisfied the plaintiff's claims, deciding to recover from Shavrin as a guarantor 500 million rubles of principal debt and 200 thousand rubles of state duty costs.
So far, a decision has been made to recover 500 million rubles. from Shavrin - guarantor of Godovalov LLC, - confirmed Dmitry Pogrebinsky, general director of Protek CV. |
He also added that the prospects for receiving funds for our side are still ambiguous, since the bankruptcy procedure of an individual entrepreneur has begun against Nikolai Shavrin.
Earlier, Pogrebinsky reported that in total, the Protek group lost a little more than 1 billion rubles due to the bankruptcy of Godovalov. At the same time, the distributor did not tighten the requirements for pharmacy chains, but only followed the standard rules for the industry.
The Godovalov company was one of the largest players in the regional pharmaceutical market, working in 37 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In March 2024, the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory declared bankrupt the co-owners of the enterprise - Andrei Godovalov and Nikolai Shavrin, introducing a procedure for the sale of property against them.
According to Pogrebinsky, the risks of further bankruptcies of large pharmacy chains remain on the market, in connection with which Protek is cautiously approaching shipments of products to partners with dubious solvency, trying to avoid new losses.[1]
