Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region

The Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region is the central executive body of the state power of the Moscow Region of special competence, carrying out state policy and carrying out executive and administrative activities in the territory of the Moscow Region in certain areas of housing policy and urban planning, with the exception of the construction of capital construction ( reconstruction) of state property of the Moscow Region, financed from the budget of the Moscow Region from budgetary allocations for budget investments; participating in the implementation of the state policy in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects, as well as in ensuring the implementation of projects for the construction (reconstruction) of non-residential objects in the Moscow region.
