Administration of Dmitrovsky urban district

The administration of the Dmitrovsky urban district is an executive and administrative body of local self-government of the urban district, endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Moscow Region^[1] the ^[1].

History

2018

Renaming of the Administration of the Dmitrovsky Municipal District

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Dmitrovsky urban district of the Moscow region dated November 22, 2018 No. 628/67^[2], the administration of the Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region was renamed the Administration of the Dmitrovsky urban district of the Moscow region.

Formation of Dmitrovsky urban district

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated May 3, 2018 No. 55/2018-OZ^[3], the territories^[3] urban settlement of Dedenevo were united, urban settlement Dmitrov, urban settlement Iksha, urban settlement Nekrasovsky, urban settlement Yakhroma, rural settlement Bolsherogachevskoye, rural settlement Gabovskoye, rural settlement Kostinskoye, rural settlement Kulikovskoye, rural settlement Sinkovskoye, rural settlement Yakotskoye without changing the boundaries of the territory of the Dmitrovsky municipal district. As a result of the unification of settlements, the powers of local governments and local government officials of each of the united settlements were terminated. Settlements have lost the status of municipalities. The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Dmitrovsky municipal district is endowed with the status of an urban district - Dmitrovsky urban district.

2013: Liquidation of the Administration of the urban settlement Dmitrov

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the city settlement Dmitrov of the Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region dated December 27, 2013 No. 47/8^[4] of^[4] liquidated^[4] Administration of^[4]. The successor of the local government of the liquidated Administration of the urban settlement Dmitrov of the Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region was the local government Administration of the Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region.
