Krasnogorsk City District Administration

The Krasnogorsk City District Administration is an executive and administrative body of local self-government of the city district, endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Moscow Region^[1].

History

2017: Administration renaming

By the decision of the Council of Deputies Krasnogorsk of the municipal Moscow district of the region dated January 9, 2017 No. 15/1^[2] of^[2] the Krasnogorsk municipal district of the Moscow region was renamed the Administration of the Krasnogorsk city district of the Moscow region.

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Krasnogorsk Municipal District of the Moscow Region dated January 9, 2017 No. 3/1^[3], the Administration of the urban settlement of Krasnogorsk, Krasnogorsk Municipal District of the Moscow Region was liquidated.

2016: Formation of Krasnogorsk City District

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated December 28, 2016 No. 186/2016-OZ^[4], the territories^[4] urban settlement of Krasnogorsk, the urban settlement of Nakhabino, the rural settlement of Ilyinskoye, the rural settlement of Otradnenskoye were united without changing the borders of the territory of the Krasnogorsk municipal district. As a result of the unification of settlements, the powers of local governments and local government officials of each of the united settlements were terminated. Settlements have lost the status of municipalities. The urban settlement formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Krasnogorsk municipal district is endowed with the status of an urban district - the urban district of Krasnogorsk.

2005: Transformation into Krasnogorsk Municipal District

The Law of the Moscow Region dated February 28, 2005 No. 70/2005-OZ "On the Status and Borders of the Krasnogorsk Municipal District and the newly formed municipalities" Municipal Formation "Krasnogorsk District" of the Moscow Region of the Russian Federation was endowed with the status of a municipal district. Krasnogorsk municipal district was the successor of the Municipality "Krasnogorsk district" of the Moscow region.

1932: Formation of Krasnogorsk district

Krasnogorsk district was formed by the decision of the Presidium of the Moscow Regional Executive Committee of September 27, 1932 at meeting No. 55.
