The administration of the Ruzsky urban district is the executive and administrative body of local self-government of the urban district, endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Moscow Region[1].
History
2017: Renaming of the Administration
By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the urban district of Ruza dated May 3, 2017 No. 21/4[2], the administration of the Ruza municipal district was renamed the administration of the Ruza urban district of the Moscow region.
The administration of the Ruzsky urban district of the Moscow region is the successor to the administration of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the urban settlement of Ruza, Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the urban settlement of Tuchkovo, Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Volkovskoye of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Dorokhovskoye of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Ivanovskoye of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Kolyubakinskoye of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Staroruzskoye of the Ruzsky municipal district of the Moscow region in relations with state authorities of the Russian Federation, state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, individuals and legal entities[3].
2016: Formation of Ruzsky urban district
On the basis of the law of the Moscow Region dated December 28, 2016 No. 184/2016-OZ[4], the territories[4] urban settlement of Ruza, the urban settlement of Tuchkovo, the rural settlement of Volkovskoye, the rural settlement of Dorokhovskoye, the rural settlement of Ivanovskoye, the rural settlement of Kolyubakinskoye, the rural settlement of Staroruzskoye were united without changing the boundaries of the territory of the Ruzsky municipal district. The urban settlement formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Ruzsky municipal district is endowed with the status of an urban district - the Ruzsky urban district.
