Administration of Taldom City District

The administration of the Taldom city district of the Moscow region is the executive and administrative body of the city district. The powers of the city district administration include:

• development and implementation of strategic planning documents on issues related to the powers of local governments of the Taldom city district of the Moscow region;
• drawing up a draft budget for the urban district, organizing the execution of the budget for the urban district;
• organization within its competence of construction, reconstruction, overhaul and repair of municipal property, including social and production infrastructure;
• municipal housing management;
• management and disposal of property in municipal ownership, in accordance with the current legislation and decisions of the Council of Deputies of the city district;
• approval of the charters of municipal enterprises and institutions of the urban district, appointment and dismissal of heads of municipal enterprises and institutions of the urban district;
• participation in the prevention of terrorism and extremism, as well as in minimizing and (or) eliminating the consequences of manifestations of terrorism and extremism within the boundaries of the urban district;
• participation in the prevention and elimination of the consequences of emergency situations within the boundaries of the urban district;
• development and implementation of land use and protection programs;
• organization of environmental protection measures within the boundaries of the urban district;
• development and approval of the layout of non-stationary trading facilities;
• preparation of draft municipal legal acts of the urban district;
• powers of local governments of the city district to resolve issues of local importance, with the exception of powers related to the competence of the Council of Deputies of the city district, the head of the city district and the Control and Accounts Chamber of the city district^[1] of^[1].

History

2018

Renaming Administration

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Taldom City District dated September 14, 2018 No. 57, the Administration of the Taldom Municipal District was renamed the Administration of the Taldom City District. The structural divisions of the Administration of the Taldom municipal district, endowed with the rights of a legal entity^[2] been renamed].

Formation of Taldom urban district

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated May 28, 2018 No. 70/2018-OZ^[3], the territories^[3] urban settlement of Verbilki of the Taldomsky municipal district were united, urban settlement North Taldomsky municipal district, urban settlement Taldom Taldomsky municipal district, rural settlement Guslevskoe Taldomsky municipal district, rural settlement Ermolinskoe Taldomsky municipal district, rural settlement Kvashenkovskoye Taldomsky municipal district, rural settlement Tempovoe Taldomsky municipal district. As a result of the unification, the settlements lost the status of municipalities. The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Mytishchi municipal district was endowed with the status of an urban district - Taldom urban district. Since the formation of local self-government bodies of the Taldom urban district, the powers of local self-government bodies and officials of local self-government of the united settlements have been terminated.
