Administration of the urban district of Podolsk

The administration of the urban district of Podolsk is the executive and administrative body of local self-government of the municipality of the City District of PodolskMoscow Region. The administration of the City District of Podolsk is endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance of the City District and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Moscow Region.

2015

Establishment of the Administration of the urban district of Podolsk

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the city district of Podolsk dated November 30, 2015 No. 7/11^[1], the Administration of the city district of Podolsk was established with the rights of a legal entity. Since the formation of local self-government bodies of the City District of Podolsk, the powers of local self-government bodies and officials of the city district of Podolsk, the urban district of Klimovsk, the urban settlement of Lviv of the Podolsky municipal district, the rural settlement of Dubrovitsky of the Podolsky municipal district, the rural settlement of Lagovskoye of the Podolsky municipal district and the Podolsky municipal district have been terminated.

Formation of the urban district of Podolsk

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated May 22, 2015 No. 81/2015-OZ^[2] of the urban district of Podolsk, urban district Klimovsk, urban settlement Lviv Podolsky municipal district, rural settlement Dubrovitsky Podolsky municipal district, the rural settlement of Lagovskoye, Podolsky Municipal District, and the rural settlement of Strelkovskoye, Podolsky Municipal District were transformed by merging into a newly formed municipality. The newly formed municipality is endowed with the status of an urban district - the City District of Podolsk.
