Department of State Supervision in the Field of Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment, Attractions of the Moscow Region

Department of Regional State Supervision in the Field of Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment, attractions of the Ministry of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region carries out regional state supervision in the field of technical condition and operation of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment, attractions on the territory of the Moscow Region^[1].

History

2021: Transfer of powers to the Ministry of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region

Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region of February 16, 2021 No. 98/6^[2] established, that the Ministry of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region is the successor of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region in terms of the exercise of transferred powers in the fields of hunting and conservation of hunting resources, the protection, reproduction and use of wildlife and their habitat, on regional state supervision in the field of technical condition and operation of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment, attractions in the Moscow region, including obligations arising from court decisions.

2009: Abolition and transfer of powers to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region

Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region of March 23, 2009 No. 226/11^[3], the Main Directorate for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment of the Moscow Region was abolished. On June 1, 2009, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region was transferred the powers of the Main Directorate for the implementation of state supervision over the technical condition of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment.

2007: Activities of Gostekhnadzor of the Moscow Region

According to the Regulation^[4] on the Main Directorate for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment of the Moscow Region, approved by Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region of October 29, 2007 No. 848/28, the Main Directorate was the central executive body of state power of the Moscow Region, authorized to exercise state supervision over the technical condition of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment in the Moscow region, and was part of the system of state supervision bodies for the technical condition of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment in the Russian Federation.
