The Moscow Region Committee on Shared Housing, Dilapidated and Emergency Housing was created to implement the state policy in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate in the Moscow Region, to create safe and favorable living conditions for citizens in the Moscow Region.
Main tasks
- creating conditions for the resettlement of citizens from emergency apartment buildings located in the Moscow region;
- ensuring the rights and interests of citizens whose funds were attracted to the shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects;
- information support of the population on issues within the competence of the committee;
- creation of conditions for the effective functioning of organizations under the departmental subordination of the committee and management of shares (shares) of business entities, the departmental ownership of shares (shares) of which is established by the committee.
History
2013: Liquidation
In September 2013, during the reform of the Government of the Moscow Region, the Committee on Shared Housing Construction, Dilapidated and Emergency Housing was liquidated. By Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region of December 16, 2013 No. 1063/55[1], the Ministry of the Construction Complex of the Moscow Region was determined to be the successor of the Committee.
