2016: Help "Technoserv "

Since 2016, the Chekhov Bears team has been sponsored by the Technoserv group. The decision to support the club was made after the appeal of Vladimir Maksimov, head coach and president of Chekhov Bears, to one of the shareholders of Technoserv, with whom Maksimov has long been personally acquainted, the press service of the integrator told TAdviser.

The amount of financial assistance to the club has not been disclosed. The team itself declined to comment.

Vladimir Maksimov said earlier in an interview that "IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE HELP[1] TECHNOSERV GROUP OF COMPANIES, WE COULD NOT PLAY IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE[1] TECHNOSERV REFUSED CHEKHOV BEARS, the team simply will not. The players have families, children, they need[2] on something[2]

In addition, in June 2016, Maksimov publicly expressed his gratitude to "Alexei Nikolayevich Ananyev and Technoserv for the fact that the fruits of our joint work this offseason did not flow abroad, but remain to please the Russian audience."

The attention of sponsors to handball in Russia increased after the election of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Handball Federation in 2014. He is associated with Alexei Ananyev by the long-standing companionship[3] Rogozin promised to organize administrative support for handball and make it a mass sport.
