Administration of the city district Solnechnogorsk MO

The urban district Solnechnogorsk is located in the northwest. Moscow region It borders on the urban districts,,, Istra,, Wedge Krasnogorsk Mytishchi Khimki Dmitrovsky and Zelenograd administrative districts. Moscow It covers an area of ​ ​ 108,505 hectares. The municipality includes 9 territorial departments: Peshkovskoye, Smirnovskoye, Kutuzovskoye, Krivtsovskoye, Sokolovskoye, Andreevka, Povarovo, Rzhavki-Mendeleevo, Lunevskoye (data for December 2022).

The administration of the Solnechnogorsk city district of the Moscow region is the executive and administrative body of local self-government and is empowered to:

• ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the Head of the Solnechnogorsk city district of the Moscow region, as well as decisions made by citizens through direct expression of will, on issues of local importance of the Solnechnogorsk city district;
• separate state powers transferred to local governments of the city district by federal laws and laws of the Moscow region.

2019: Administration renaming

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Solnechnogorsk city district of May 13, 2019 No. 43/3^[1], the administration of the Solnechnogorsk municipal district of the Moscow region was renamed the Administration of the Solnechnogorsk city district of the Moscow region.

2018: Formation of Solnechnogorsk urban district

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated December 28, 2018 No. 246/2018-OZ^[2], the territories^[2] urban settlement of Andreevka were united, urban settlement Mendeleevo, urban settlement Povarovo, urban settlement Rzhavki, urban settlement Solnechnogorsk, rural settlement Krivtsovskoye, rural settlement Kutuzovskoye, rural settlement Lunevskoye, rural settlement Peshkovskoye, rural settlement Smirnovskoye, rural settlement Sokolovskoye without changing the boundaries of the territory of the Solnechnogorsk municipal district (the territory of the Solnechnogorsk municipal district includes the territories of the city, workers' settlements and rural settlements that are not municipalities). The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Solnechnogorsk municipal district was endowed with the status of an urban district - the urban district of Solnechnogorsk.
