Opening of new warehouses for storing drugs for 1.3 billion rubles

Protek built a new warehouse for storing drugs in the Moscow region for 1.3 billion rubles. This was announced on August 29, 2023 by the press service of the Ministry of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region. This department issued permission to put the facility into operation.

The project for the development of the central logistics park "Transservice" of one of the leading pharmaceutical distributors of Central Production Center "Protek" was accompanied by the Center for Assistance to the Construction of the Regional Government.

New Protek warehouse in the Moscow region

The new warehouse center is designed to store pharmaceutical products that will be delivered throughout the country. The room was equipped with equipment to maintain the main and special temperature conditions. The storage capacity is 32 thousand paletto seats. The throughput of the complex increased by 30 Eurofours per day. An additional 155 jobs were created.

JSC TST Transservice is a structural unit of Protek Group of Companies. The specialized customs and warehouse terminal is equipped with advanced technological equipment and meets all the requirements for the modern class A warehouse complex, as well as the requirements for pharmaceutical warehouses.

The interaction scheme provides for direct contracts between manufacturers and the retail segment. It allows the manufacturer to reduce the supply chain and minimize the movement of goods, completely eliminating transportation, due to the location of the manufacturer's warehouses and the pharmacy network on the same site.[1]

Commissioning of the complex in the Moscow region

The TST Transservice company has completed the construction of a new terminal TST-3 the Transservice logistics park in the Pushkin urban district of the Moscow region. This was announced on January 12, 2023 by the press service of the regional Ministry of Investments, Industry and Science.

As part of a major logistics project in the Moscow region, TST Transservice completed the first stage of construction of two new terminals - TST-3 and TST-4. The total volume of declared investments in the project is about 3.2 billion rubles. As a result of the completion of the investment project, about 1,000 jobs will be created, said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

He also said that the total area of ​ ​ the built terminal of the warehouse complex exceeds 36 thousand square meters. m. By January 12, 2023, TST Transservice is purchasing and installing equipment to start operating at the facility. Also, as part of the investment project, the company continues to build a second warehouse terminal, which is planned to be launched by the end of 2023.

The Company additionally provides various services for participants of external and economic activities engaged in export-import operations, with the exception of excisable goods and goods requiring veterinary and phytosanitary control.

The company operates on the territory of the Transservice customs and warehouse terminal, located 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Yaroslavl Highway in the area of ​ ​ Pushkino. The total storage capacity is about 40 thousand pallet seats.[2]
