in the summer of 2016 Raiffeisenbank provided to the clients the credit card #ВСЁСРАЗУ Visa Gold with the loyalty program of the same name. The product gives to clients the chance to save points for any non-cash transactions and to exchange them for different types of remunerations, including cash-back at the rate to 5% of the amount of the saved-up points.
The Center of Financial Technologies acted as the technology partner of the project, having provided implementation on the terms of complete outsourcing. As the saved-up points #ВСЁСРАЗУ can be used for exchange for cash-back, electronic certificates of Yandex.Taxi, Ozon.ru or miles of S7 Priority and also are transferred to charity, CFT was required to develop the integration solution for participation in the program of partners of bank.
In addition to the software package and the processing solution providing functioning of the difficult coalition loyalty program, CFT provides to Raiffeisenbank the website customized under the corporate style of bank where all user information on the program is placed. On the website the card holder #ВСЁСРАЗУ can be registered, browse relevant bonus balance, the history of transactions and to exchange points for remunerations which are available according to the program.
"The card market becomes more and more various and highly competitive. It is already not enough to users to receive the map with a classical set of payment functions. They wait from banks of a motivational component and elements of gamification. In our opinion, the new product of our partner of Raiffeisenbank turned out very successful and, of course, will find the niche and the interested user", – the chief of the department of programs of loyalty of the CFT Group Shumskaya Ekaterina tells.
