"The Atlas - Financial Services" were transferred by CRM to "cloud"

On August 11, 2016 the Croc company announced transfer of the CRM system of The Atlas — Financial Services broker company in a cloud of CROC on the platform of Cisco technologies.

"The Atlas – Financial Services" ("Atlas Broker") provides services of execution of bank guarantees for providing government contracts. Any violation of a continuous service of clients, for example, unavailability of the customer base or its slow loading, are critical for the customer and can lead to real material and reputation loss. To avoid short-term idle times at customer interaction, Atlas Broker used a cloud service Croc on the IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) model on the basis of a cloud platform of Cisco Powered.

The cloud based on Cisco technologies effectively solves IT tasks of large and medium business at creation of the main and reserve DPCs, deployment of unified communications, contact centers, VKS, information security systems and also at implementation of business applications of the largest global manufacturers, such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP and others. Migration of the CRM system is executed less than in one working day.

Migration in a cloud accelerated customer service process, promoted performance improvement of business processes Atlas Brokera more than twice — the response to transactions during the work with the CRM system accelerated, in particular, when loading documents.

For accumulation of performance it was more profitable to us to rent virtual computing powers taking into account that the desirable level of fault tolerance of our ICT infrastructure required considerable investments. We used a cloud service Croc, and redirected the budget on development of projects, new to the company. We received "turnkey" IaaS-service therefore we have an opportunity to scale it at any time. The data security in a cloud is ensured by special means of protecting (firewalls of new generation Cisco). The Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology is applied to the protected data exchange between the CRM system and business services in ICT infrastructure (corporate mail, accounting). It allows to perform data transmission using encrypted link of communication.

IT specialists of the customer received the convenient tool for monitoring of cloud infrastructure. Using a uniform account it is possible to see in real time a status of virtual machines in a cloud with diagrams of loading, for example, of the central processor and memory, to create reports, to change load of servers.

We see great interest of the market to cloud computing. It is caused, first of all, by convenience and business efficiency. Croc customers can use services based on Cisco technologies in a cloud as for the solution of the tasks, and to provide them on a commercial basis to other companies. We will continue to expand a range of cloud solutions together with CROC, offering the market the high-quality new services accelerating digital transformation of business.
