Together helps training and development teams in companies launch employee mentoring programs. Startup solutions record the development areas and goals of each employee, compare them with the most suitable mentor in their company, and also allow you to track and adjust relationships. Together founders Nathan Goldstein and Matthew Reeves previously worked for the Boston Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that they said had excellent career development programs. This inspired them to want to present a first-class career development to companies around the world.
