On August 15, 2016 the Avaya company reported project completion on implementation of technology of unified communications of Avaya for "The EuroChem mineral and chemical company.
Project Tasks
Among the main objectives set by the company - improvement of interaction between divisions of the company for improvement of a personnel management system in[1]. It was required:
- provide exchange of an audio-and video information in real time for quality improvement of acceptance of organizational management decisions
- improve economic indicators of the company, reducing time and finance costs on official journeys of employees.
Technology preferences EuroChem are not accidental - during several previous years at the enterprises of agrochemical holding on the basis of Avaya technologies universal communication infrastructure and the communication system are created.
For project implementation technologies of unified communications Avaya are used:
- Avaya Communication Manager is the uniform tool of a voice communication, video conference and opportunities for joint work.
- Avaya Aura Conferencing is the built-in opportunities audio-, video and web conferences. A full range of tools for joint work.

Project Results
As a result of implementation of unified communications from Avaya, the customer received acceleration of processes of interaction between employees, increased quality of solutions, minimized time and finance costs on official journeys.
The solutions proposed by Avaya company helped to bring daily communications at our enterprise to qualitatively new level, and the systems of a video conferencing not only reduced finance costs by business trips, but also allowed to make important decisions quickly. |
