Traktir: Back-Office

Products "Traktir: Back-Office" are intended for the solution of accounting tasks at catering establishments and restaurant business.

In "Traktir: Back-Office" PROF and STANDART are available all opportunities of a standard configuration of the 1C: Accounting 8 program and also a possibility of conducting production accounting in public catering, including work with calculations and technical process charts, a possibility of editing the list of the used ingredients in production, calculation of planned and actual cost of dishes, work with analogs, spices and semi-finished products.

For convenience of accounting the possibility of automatic receipt of excesses and updating of stock prices is implemented, "the assistant to carrying out" for documents of production and implementation is added, accounting in several units of measure, automatic measure calculation of nutrition and power value on the configured algorithm is added.

For the solution of managerial tasks in structure "Traktir: Back-Office" is included a number of additional reports which allow to control the minimum remaining balance in warehouses, to obtain data on merchandising, the prices and product cost, to carry out the analysis of sales taking into account profitability and popularity of traded goods and dishes. A report form and documents are executed in the type unified by the legislation. The possibility of planning of banquets is implemented.

In "Traktir: Back-Office PROF" is available data exchange with the front office systems: planning and unloading of the menu to the front office, automatic formation of the documents "Production", "Movement of Goods" and "Goods write-off" on the basis of data of implementation, obtaining the operational report about sales at any moment. Also in PROF version the possibility of planning of a buffet is in addition implemented.

Configurations "Traktir: Back-Office" PROF and STANDART are not independent, it is necessary to have the set standard configuration Enterprise accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for their work.

Configurations are protected from illegal copying and have the code fragments which are not subject to change by users.
