SoftBalance: Financial planning

Product "Financial planning. The addition to 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, edition 2.0 it is intended for process automation of financial and economic activity and also monitoring of performance of government contracts (municipal) organizations (in all types - state, budget, autonomous) consisting on a separate balance, financed from federal, regional (territorial subjects of the Russian Federation) or local budgets and also from the budget of state non-budgetary fund.

The software product is a subsystem of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 configuration of edition 2.0 that allows to plan and control use of a system of budgets of the enterprise in uniform information base, to solve a wide range of tasks of the economic analysis, and also to keep account of both purchases, and the signed contracts in public institutions.

Features and program capabilities:

• Planning "from below-up", i.e. consolidation of the request from final divisions in the vista forecast shot of activity of organization for formation of limits;
• Planning "from top to down" with control of expense allocation and income on limits and subsidies;
• Use of the managerial analytics configured in a user mode;
• Detailing of annual plans of activities for the selected frequency (month, quarter, year);
• Adjustment of the approved plans during the reporting period;
• Detailing of plans for turnover items by types of plans;
• Possibility of operational management of obligations and cash flows on the approved plans of activity;
• Integration of documents of operational planning of expenses into the documents reflecting expenses according to bookkeeping registers;
• Representation of a current status of execution of the plan of activity in managerial classification;
• The automated control of the limit amount of the plan within the registered amount of a limit of expanded analytics;

Configuration "Financial planning. The addition to 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 is not independent, it is necessary to have the set standard configuration for its work "Accounting department of public institution" based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.
