The project of process automation of preliminary monitoring of the prices in Bashneft is complete

In the summer of 2016 announced Technoserv Consulting project completion of process automation of preliminary monitoring of the prices in controlled transactions on the SAP platform for PJSC ANC Bashneft — the Russian vertically integrated oil company taking the 6th place on the volume of production and the 4th place on oil refining volume in Russia.

The purpose of implementation of the project — automation of formation of report forms on monitoring of the prices and profitability of Bashneft company and its subsidiaries in controlled transactions.

Implementation was divided into 3 stages: design, implementation and input in trial operation. The start of the first stage including the report on inspection, a technique of integration and the detailed work plan was complete in November, 2015, in December of the same year implementation of the second stage began. Input in commercial operation started in February, 2016.

In total based on SAP BW and SAP Business Objects a BI command Technoserv Consulting more than 130 business functions (report forms and entry forms of information) were developed. The project team developed the data warehouse, integration with ERP systems and also the algorithm of formation of report forms according to settings of users is implemented. Visualization of the reporting for mobile devices became an important component of the project that allowed the management of tax department to browse analytical report forms with results of monitoring on Apple iPad.
