On August 19, 2016 it became known of participation of New Eychar-Tekhnologii company in the project of use of the Skillaz system by request Post Bank and support of the customer in selection process of applicants of vacancies.
Project Tasks
Partners are going to use the online platform of recruiting Skillaz for economy of means by Post Bank when hiring employees. The startup will select New Eychar-Tekhnologii for bank of candidates, ready to final interviews, having undertaken preprocessing of data from applicants.
Start of a pilot project Post Bank and New Eychar-Tekhnologii is planned for the beginning of September, 2016[1].
Project Progress
The Skillaz platform will be implemented in the corporate HR systems Post Bank: by means of such integration service will provide to bank several tools for the candidate's assessment.
So, it will be possible to correlate assessment of candidates which they receive on start, how they proved to be in work. It will allow to train a system in three-six months to distinguish candidates who more likely will bring the maximum result in work on different positions. |
During a pilot project the bank should experience work of the platform for selection of candidates for two mass vacancies — the financial expert and the credit consultant.
Financial experts offer services in departments of a mail service, credit consultants make out products in retail chain stores in POS points of bank. |
According to the business plan, the Post Bank is going to be present by 2018 in 15 thousand from 42 thousand post offices of Russian Post, automation of both mass hiring, and professional will be required.
Achievement of such indicators is possible by means of transfer of traditional stages of hiring to an online format: Skillaz will use automatic evaluation and collecting of the summary from public market, dialogue exercise machines, tests with automatic evaluation of the candidate for psychological and professional skills, video and an audiointerview. By Skillaz estimates, all these measures will help the customer to reduce labor costs by 35%.
Contract amount the parties does not reveal. According to some market participants, this pilot stage is implemented free of charge or amount of remuneration does not exceed 500 thousand rubles, otherwise long process of approvals or the tender is necessary. At success of the pilot partners can sign the agreement for several tens of millions of rubles, replicating it on all network of the customer.
