EDMS THESIS is implemented at one of the oldest defense enterprises of Russia

The document management system and tasks of TEZIS is implemented at the PJSC Kirov Plant Mayak plant which is one of the oldest enterprises of military industrial complex in the Russian Federation.

The enterprise selected the Standard edition of the THESIS system offering opportunities to workflow automation, office and control of performing discipline, designers of business processes and reports, text recognition, the electronic signature and a connectivity of additional options, such as integration with the accounting system or a corporate portal.

Besides, the selected edition of a system was configured covering requirements of industrial enterprise for work with documents. In addition to classical document flow and control of performing discipline, in a system processes of approval of standards of the enterprise, economic accounting, the request for vehicles, requests for the admission and many other things were configured.

Within five months specialists Haulmont conducted examination of business processes of the enterprise, installed and configured a system, trained the administrator and users and held consultations. A system was brought into trial operation at the end of June, 2016.

Further connection of the main divisions of the enterprise, expansion of a system and transfer to commercial operation is planned.
