"The administrator of the Moscow parking space" began an implementation project of a management system for motor transport

On August 19, 2016 CorpSoft24 company announced the beginning of operation of the government contract and a project startup of system implementation of control of motor transport in State governmental agency of the city of Moscow "Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space" (AMPS).

Project Tasks

Specialists of CorpSoft24 should automate a management system for motor transport by means of creation of the module and its installation on a hardware platform of GKU "AMPP". The module which should be put into trial operation ^[1] will become result of completion of works.

It is supposed that the configured module will provide automation of a management system for motor transport which supports functioning of processes:

• "Accounting of motor transport";
• "Order management and scheduling";
• "Accounting of a consumption of fuel and lubricants"
• "Repair and passing of TO";
• "Insurance, accounting of penalties and road accident";
• "GPS/GLONASS-monitoring";
• "Inventory control".

Within project works it is necessary to automate:

• maintaining CU base with detailed technical characteristics and the history of their use;
• accounting of requests for use of the CU;
• registration of penalties, road accident, emergence on their basis of an insured event;
• the statement and processing of waybills with the approved standard forms for all types of waybills;
• accounting of insurance of the CU by types of an insurance (KASKO and the CMTPL);
• planning of maintenance and repair of the CU;
• calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption;
• information storage about registration documents of the CU and drivers, with a possibility of warning of the termination of their validity periods;
• accounting of installation/removal, run of nodes, units, buses, accumulators;
• accounting of the spent spare parts according to the repair sheet;
• type of gas station;
• accounting of the issued fuel;
• error protection at stages of input and preserving of information;
• data exchange and documents of uniform forms and formats between components of the module and submodules;
• data exchange between the module and external information systems;
• providing operational information and the set reporting;
• implementation of functions of search, sorting, selection, grouping on information, analytical and statistical arrays;
• providing an information access in the authorization mode;
• maintaining protocols of actions of users and administrators;
• formation of reporting documents in an electronic and printing form.
