On August 22, 2016 the NCR corporation announced development of the concept under the name NCR Innovation Experience Room – the experimental playground for the aid to financial institutions - for increase in digital literacy of personnel and clients.

The Volksbank eG Schwarzwald Baar Hegau bank became the first organization with the similar innovation platform. Combining demonstration of opportunities of digital technologies and human interaction, NCR Innovation Experience Room helped visitors and employees of the bank to understand on own experience how innovations develop.

NCR Innovation Experience Room represents the universal and mobile platform equipped with modern technologies:

All of them show work of "Big Data", Internet of Things and nanotechnologies.

NCR Innovation Experience Room, (2016)

Innovation Experience Room - the innovation room will move from one bank department to another, to participate in exhibitions and other actions in the coming months.

NCR provided project development of the innovation platform, provided technologies and information and consulting services for Volksbank eG. NCR acted as the intellectual center at a stage of its start and the mentor for use of the accumulated experience.

Mobile Innovation Experience Room is put into operation at the end of April, 2016. As a part of a product the information NCR SelfServ 85 stand as the interactive assistant, the ZD-printer, a pilotless multikopter, the personal assistant to Amazon Echo, points of virtual reality.

By means of NCR Innovation Experience Room the Volksbank eG bank shows complete understanding of trends in consulting and motivation of employees.

To learn to adapt to fast changings in the financial sphere, such environment which these changes allows and supports is necessary for banks. With our innovation platform Volksbank eG took one more step in this direction, allowing creative approach to become a part of daily work of people.
