SPBMSI completed automation of accounting of students

On August 31, 2016 the Compass company announced the beginning of trial operation of functionality of the accounting of students supplementing the current version of the ERP system of KOMPAS at Medico-social Institute.

Project Results

The additional functionality is developed by request of the St. Petersburg Medico-social Institute and automates:

• accounting of personal data of students;
• distribution of students by faculties, departments and groups;
• contract management on paid training;
• release of a number of orders: about acceptance, about transfer, about assignment, about recovery, about discounts and privileges, etc.;
• accounting of payment of training with import of data from the "client-bank" system;
• formation of the list of debtors;
• formation of the diagram of cash receipt;
• monthly write-off of payment (as a rule, money is placed by advance payment at the beginning of a semester);
• release of statistical forms for Rosobrnadzor;
• many other things.
