In 2017, Desnol Soft announced that the Service Desk Itilium system was introduced at Reeve Ghosh. As a result of the project, Reeve Ghosh received an adapted, flexibly customizable tool that made it possible to take the Service Desk and IT department to the next level. The scale was about 6,000 calls per month. 50 workplaces are automated.

The implementation of the Itilium system was carried out at the Reeve Ghosh office in St. Petersburg.
