Biography

Yury Vetrov directed the authorized service companies "MSS-Spektr" and "Diksis Service" which provided service of the mobile equipment of leading manufacturers (Nokia, Samsung, Alcatel, Siemens, etc.) in the territory of Russia from the very beginning of development of networks of mobile communication.

Later Yury Vetrov worked in service company Samsung Electronics in Russia and the CIS countries in which he was responsible for development of service network and implementation of the innovation projects. For operating time of Yury Samsung Electronics service manager the speed and consumer service quality significantly improved, projects of service plazas (the exclusive service centers) were implemented, the innovation methods of support and management of service network are implemented, "The gold standard of work of the service center" is developed.

One of projects which were directed by Yury Vetrov, - the Service academy Samsung created in partnership with College of communication No. 54 of Moscow. The service academy provides preparation and retraining of professional staff for the industry of service of the electronic equipment. The project of Service academy was highly appreciated by the Government of Moscow and the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia O.Yu. Golodets.

In August, 2016 it became known that Yury Vetrov headed service division of LeEco in Russia in LeRee company (LeEco Russia and Eastern Europe). As the director of service Yury Vetrov is responsible for development of bonus service for products of LeEco company.

The president of LeRee of Victor Xu so commented on appointment:
