ABBYY and EVOLA company in September, 2016 announced the tool of the intellectual analysis of the curriculum vitae of applicants for the SAP HR Human Capital Management system. The joint solution based on ABBYY Compreno technology will help the large organizations and recruitment agencies to analyze automatically entering summaries, to check as far as they correspond to open vacancies and to reveal significant information on candidates. Accuracy of extraction and parsing of the text of the summary is more than 90%.

Many large companies and recruitment agencies receive up to one hundred summaries a day. Traditionally selection of the new employee looks so: HR specialists receive the summary which can come by e-mail or from a specialized resource in any option of a design and a format (the text or the table, PDF or Word, etc.). Then the staff of HR checks information and manually enters data on all applicants into a corporate system. Attributes are appropriated to the acquired information: compliance to vacancies, duplicates, data on the candidate and other that allows the employee to find instantly the summary and to work with suitable applicants.
