In the fall of 2016 it became known that "RUSS" (I-TecoCentral distribution company the solution is deployed by Group ") implemented telecommunication network for the Russian distributor of transnational producers of consumer goods. covered several branches (TsDK) based on the platform Avaya IP Office in three months.
For start of a single network upgrade of telephone exchange of the head office located in Moscow was carried out. Specialists of "RASSE" set a hybrid exchange of Avaya IP Office 9.1 which supports communications both on traditional, and on IP channels. Possibilities of the new station allowed to unroll network, uniform with TsDK branches, on its base and to ensure functioning of personnel within one number plan. These innovations not only simplified communications of the customer and increased number of trunk lines, but also gave new intellectual opportunities for management of the distributor of telecommunication network.
Implementation of the platform allowed to differentiate access rights on an opportunity to make the international and long-distance calls, to carry out flexible configuration of voice greetings and voice mail, to organize wireless communication with the mobile distributed employees according to the DECT standard and also telephone communication in meeting rooms of the company.
"It is not the first project executed by our specialists for the benefit of "The central distribution company". Earlier the RASSE command worked on connection of the IP channel under the SIP protocol in branch of the customer in Bryansk where also the boundary controller of sessions based on VoIP Mediant 1000B of AudioCodes company was installed. The network built based on Avaya IP Office 9.1 supports scaling to 2500 extensions and 150 objects of communication for the geographically distributed company.
