On September 13, 2016 Russian Post summed up the results of open auction on rendering services of operation of the corporate[1]. The starting price of purchase was slightly less than 3.5 billion rubles. Based on an auction the cost of the agreement was reduced almost by 3 times.
5 companies – Rostelecom, Onlanta, Classic's MPO, Technoserv and I-Teco participated in an auction. Technoserv reduced the initial cost of purchase to 2.148 billion rubles, "MPO of the Classic" - to 1.605 billion rubles, Rostelecom - to 1.326 billion rubles. The maximum falling is recorded at Onlanta and I-Teco - up to 1.203 and 1.186 billion rubles respectively.
All requests were recognized corresponding to purchase conditions. Victorious, at the expense of the bottom price, was an offer of I-Teco.
Within the auction the mail operator selected service provider of operation of a corporate data network. The network of Russian Post is built based on MPLS network of Rostelecom. It provides transfer of traffic between objects of the enterprise and provides Internet access with protection against DDoS attacks.
In the current project the I-Teco company will have to provide functioning of the equipment of network with a required performance. Tasks of the contractor also include maintaining normative help and inventory base, repair and carrying out changes on the equipment.
The agreement becomes effective from the moment of its signing by the parties and three years work.
Earlier within the last three years "daughter" of Maykor – New Service Technologies company was engaged in operation of network of Russian Post. The contract with it ended at the end of June, 2016[2].
Communication services to Russian Post are rendered by Rostelecom which won a victory in the 10-billion tender of the mail operator in November, 2015.
