At Institute of physiology of I.P. Pavlov of RAS 1C is replaced with Parus Budget

The project of automation of FHD in FGBUN "Institute of physiology of I.P. Pavlov of the Russian Academy of Sciences" is implemented by the partner "Parus Corporations – IT Consulting LLC based on software "Parus — the Budget 8".

In a project deliverable the staff of organization in a common information space conducts payroll, human resource management, accounting, logistics and management of public procurements. Up-to-date information about financial and economic activity is available to the analysis and timely acceptance of reasoned decisions to specialists and the management in real time.

Prior to the beginning of the project the customer used separate databases for accounting and payroll, the system of 1C was applied to personnel records. Replacement of the automated systems which are earlier installed at the enterprise by the software "PARUS is the Budget 8" allowed to integrate information in the general base, to increase quality and efficiency of data processing on the basis of the uniform normative reference information (NRI), convenience of work, to expand possibilities of users.
