Russian Post by 3 times increased contract amount from I-Teco by providing DPC

On September 7, 2016 Russian Post signed the third supplementary agreement with I-Teco company to the agreement on providing resources and capacities of the Data processing center for information systems of the mail operator^[1]. According to new conditions, timelines for delivery of services last till November 18, 2016, at the same time their total cost increases more than three times – from 206.4 million rubles to 626.7 million rubles.

On the portal of state procurements only the third supplementary agreement is published, at the same time conditions of previous do not reveal. Originally the agreement between the companies was signed on June 30, 2014 for a period of 1 year.

Under the terms of the agreement, services of I-Teco within data center are divided into 7 parts:

• Providing virtual platforms
• Providing disk space
• Networked environment (providing network infrastructure and VPN access)
• Services of the telecom operator
• Physical servers
• Placement of racks in data center
• Services of specialists

Tariffing of services is available in the table below.

The listed rates are not a form of a subscription fee, the services which are only actually rendered in a certain period, but not providing an opportunity consumption of services are subject to payment.
