On September 27, 2016 the Petter Service company announced project completion of unification of a billing system on the Peter-Service BRT platform by request of Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell mobile operator.
Project Tasks
Since 1999 the Petter Service company serviced the subscribers of the operator who selected post-oplatnye rates in offline mode. In 2013 Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell planned transformation of billing for transfer of all subscribers to a single system of payment.
"Petter Service" won the tender for the right of delivery of a product of uniform billing for Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell "Petter Service"[1].
Project Progress
In December, 2014 the first stage of the planned transformation began. Put the BRT system into operation, it provided tariffing of all postpaid-subscribers in real time.
The second step of the project within which migration of prepaid-subscribers on uniform billing is carried out began summer of 2015.
In August, 2016 transition of all subscribers of Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell to a single system from "Petter Service" came to the end.
Project Results
Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell became the last operator in structure of Turkcell who passed to uniform convergent billing according to standards of holding. The carried-out transformation will help the customer with decrease in transaction costs, quality improvement of service of subscribers and will provide more flexible opportunities for marketing initiatives.
Since the beginning of the 90th our company works in Russia and the CIS countries, we take strong positions in these markets. Today not less significant for us is a work with foreign countries. In many respects it is promoted by a successful price situation in the market. Because of an exchange difference we can propose to our foreign clients solutions of world level on more beneficial prices. |
