Through "Edi.Kontur" more than one thousand suppliers "Auchan Retail Russia" work

"Auchan Retail Russia" was connected to the system of the electronic order "Edi.Kontur" in 2014 the Network uses several stock count systems and an accounting system. On a response of the customer, feature that they are seldom updated therefore their opportunities at implementation of EDI and legally significant electronic document management are limited. The non-standard EDI chain — only ORDERS (order) became the solution for network.

ORDERS are transferred in standard for the EDIFACT EDI format through transport channel AS2 which uses the http protocol. Then the project team into which specialists of SKB Kontur and IT specialists "Auchan Retail Russia" entered provided to network an opportunity to receive legally significant electronic documents through "Edi.Kontur": invoices and TORG-12.

"We developed and two software solutions implemented in a system Auchan" — Pavel Zhdanov, the specialist in implementation of "Edi.Kontur" told. According to him, one transforms the arriving documents to the format clear to the accounting system. It is text file N16 using which data on the account are loaded into an accounting system. The second software solution provides the functionality available to users during the work with documents. It processes reports which are created by an accounting system on the entering invoices. These are also text files which give a feedback: whether N16 forms sent to the accounting system were successfully loaded and processed. On the basis of the received statuses documents subscribe, removed, go to approval.

According to SKB Kontur, a system is able to operate also with each document separately, and packets.

By the customer's estimates, in two years of system operation of "Edi.Kontur" the number of the suppliers connected to it increased by 10 times, and document flow volume — five times. At the moment among tasks of SKB Kontur and "Auchan Retail Russia" — transition to new formats of electronic documents.
