Product "Traktir: Management" is intended for automation of management accounting at restaurants and other catering establishments including in network of institutions.
In "Traktir: Management" are implemented the basic functions of accounting covering purchases, sales, a warehouse, finance and production. For accounting of specifics of public catering work with calculations and technical process charts, reflection of production, acts of study of dishes and cutting of meat raw materials, calculation of planned and actual cost of dishes, work with analogs, spices and semi-finished products, a buffet and banquets is implemented.
The solution allows to reflect the direct scheme of production through the plan menu and the return scheme, with data loading about implementation from the front office systems "Traktir: Front-Office" (development of SoftBalance Group), "iRECA: Solo" and "iRECA: Waiter" (developments of SoftBalance Group), "ATOL: Frontol" (development of "ATOL") and R-Keeper (development of UCS).
For formation of the regulated reporting unloading of documents is provided in a configuration Enterprise accounting of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".
Configuration "Traktir: Management" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.10 for its work.
The configuration is protected from illegal copying by security keys and has the code fragments which are not subject to change by users.
