MEGAR LLC operates on IT market since 1993. Principal direction of activity of the Company — development, implementation and development of financial and treasurer technologies. The company provides a range of services on implementation, adaptation and support of solutions based on own and third-party products, integrated management of large projects, methodological providing, consulting services.

MEGAR has a packet of licenses of FSB and FSTEC for rendering services in information security field. All solutions of the company are registered by Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).

Products

Accounting of charges and payments (IC UNP)

Consolidation of all charges and payments of the region, on purpose:

• executions 210-FZ regarding information transfer in GIS GMP;
• informing citizens on existence of debts;
• a possibility of further payment of charges on the portal;
• quality improvements of rendering state services in the region;
• increases in collecting of income in the budget.

• Office of the administrator of charges (IC KAN) - The information system allows to configure quickly and conveniently interaction with the State information system about the state and municipal payments for federal and regional administrators of charges. A system allows to request charges and the facts of their payment both according to the directory of services, and on services of third-party departments, allowing to execute 210-FZ fully.
• Universal payment gateway (IC UPSh) - The tool for payment of charges on portals with the help: the bank card, the mobile phone, e-wallets and the RBS systems, for the purpose of increase in convenience of the citizen when receiving services and promoting Regional portals.
• Non-financial processing (NFP) - The solution for ensuring target and targeted social support of citizens, about use of electronic social certificates. A system is intended for non-cash payments and accounting of the facts and volumes of rendering the social services in electronic cards provided for acquisition of preferential goods and services of a certain category.
• Centralized operation by financial and economic activity (TsU FHD) - Automation of process of centralized operation by financial and economic activity of economic entity - public authority, corporation, the enterprise having an extensive network of subordinated subjects.
