Alliance Monitoring automated management accounting

On September 30, 2016 the FinGrad company announced an implementation project in Alliance Monitoring LLC of technologies for automation of management accounting and expenditure management.

Managerial reports in holding can be made in tables of Excel. Use of such reporting did not allow to see the broad and relevant financial picture of the enterprise.

At the suggestion of the insider in the company made the decision on partnership with FinGrad and introduction of management accounting of Alliance Monitoring holding.

Project Results

For September 29, 2016 in scales of holding only the cash flow statement is used.

In the direction of beauty shops "Ostrova" management accounting is kept in full. The main objective of accounting - determination of efficiency of the direction in general and each salon separately.

My task - using such detailed reports to show weak points and problems. On the basis of reports and my comments the management can make the weighed decisions aimed at further business development. Also in Ostrova network we use "FinGrad there is a Treasury". This system allowed to solve a problem of loss and untimely payment of accounts by beauty shops. Now workers in each salon direct the invoice for payment through a system in which they are seen responsible for approval. There is no need for calls or personal presence. After payment of payment in the same request the payment order is loaded and each salon sees that payment took place. In FinGrad I most of all appreciate mobility. For example, we work with suppliers and we buy from them goods from different legal persons. To answer a question, what amount we paid the specific legal person for a certain period, it is necessary to browse several bases 1C. Or – to make it for several clicks in FinGrad. At the same time the interface of FinGrad is intuitive to all who though knows the MS Excel a little. In 4 months I independently configured the module of management accounting.
